Successful supervisors are not born, but developed. After reviewing the supervisory cycle at Duke, you will enhance your skills by learning how to manage performance through the application of the Situational Leadership® model. Workshop objectives:

  • determine the developmental needs of your staff
  • learn the four leadership styles of effective managers
  • learn to flex your management style to meet the needs of your staff members
