Objectives:
Learn skills that will increase your confidence in managing and conducting crucial conversations about performance. You will gain skills in identifying issues, planning and preparing for dialogue, and attending to next steps to ensure understanding and strengthen the manager/employee relationship. Participants will learn how to project clarity and confidence while delivering performance feedback, discussing professional development, setting performance expectations, and addressing unacceptable performance behaviors. Objectives:
- learn the fundamental skills for conducting successful performance management conversations, including planning, facilitating, and managing next steps
- learn how to flex your communication style to improve rapport and results
