CareerTracker was implemented as part of the DUHS Pay and Performance initiative to improve efficiency with performance management. In this short workshop, managers will get hands-on experience using CareerTracker to create performance plans, document performance, and write evaluations. Demonstrations and exercises focus on the major features of this software tool:
- setting and distributing job results
- documenting employee performance
- accessing online development resources for direct reports
Note: Participants must complete some brief but vital pre-work at least three work days before the workshop. Prerequisites:
