Step up to good health with the StairWELL to Health
Challenge! This is an incentive program that
encourages Duke faculty and staff employees to take the stairs
and increase their physical activity. Simply keep a log of
how many stairs you climb at work daily as you strive to attain
personal goals and reach pre-determined levels established
by LIVE FOR LIFE. Daily progress will be recorded on-line
at our web site or in personal logbooks
supplied by LIVE FOR LIFE. Each completed level will then
be submitted to earn LIVE FOR LIFE prizes.
