Core Training Workshop
Tuesday, May 6
5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
Vicky Yeingst and Jessica Ward will discuss the benefits of proper core (abdominal) training and will
provide practical demonstrations with exercise equipment. A strong core will help prevent back injuries
and a strong core can make everyday activities easier to perform. Vicky Yeingst is a LIVE FOR LIFE fitness
specialist and a personal trainer. Jessica Ward is the LIVE FOR LIFE fitness program manager.
