Every Wednesday at 5 PM join LIVE FOR LIFE staff for some strength and balance
work before the run/walk club begins. We will lead you in breathing techniques, various stretches and poses. The exercises will progress weekly to include more challenging
positions. Come experience how these techniques can help you create a toned, flexible, and strong body while improving your range of motion, agility, endurance, and
your athletic performance.
Please note: this 30 minute class is optional and is not required to participate in the Run Walk Club.
