Join the Duke Run/Walk Club and discover how a few extra steps a week can enhance your overall health.

Join the Duke Run/Walk Club and discover how a few extra steps a week can enhance your overall health and well-being. Offered each spring and fall, this 12-week program is for all fitness levels, from new exercisers to those training for 5K events.

The Duke Run/Walk Club is open to all Duke faculty and staff. Participants are divided into groups based on fitness level.

Wellness Wednesdays
Pump it Up Every Wednesday at 5 PM join LIVE FOR LIFE staff for some strength and balance work before the run/walk club begins. We will lead you in breathing techniques, various stretches and poses. The exercises will progress weekly to include more challenging positions. Come experience how these techniques can help you create a toned, flexible, and strong body while improving your range of motion, agility, endurance, and your athletic performance.

Please note: this 30 minute class is optional and is not required to participate in the Run Walk Club.
