HR Offices in Trent Hall Moving to 705 Broad Street
As of Oct. 5, 2009, the Human Resources offices located in Trent Hall will move to the second floor of the building at 705 Broad St., which is located across from East Campus.
The HR offices that will be moving include Staff & Family Program, Staff & Labor Relations, and Workers Compensation. The satellite office at 1527 Duke South for Staff & Labor Relations will remain in its current location.
Staff and faculty who would like to purchase discount tickets through PERQS from Staff & Family Programs Office can continue to do so but at the new location: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursdays at 705 Broad St., Room 201.
Tickets will still be available on Fridays at the Medical Center Human Resources office, room 1527 Blue Zone, Duke South from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. (except for 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. daily when the office closes for lunch.)
The HR offices in the Trent Hall Building will be closed on Friday, Oct. 2, to facilitate the move. The offices will reopen for normal business hours at the Broad St. address on Monday, Oct. 5.
All postal boxes, phone numbers and fax numbers for staff and departments will remain the same.
