Recruitment Open House

Patient Revenue Management Organization
Tuesday, May 13, 2008, 5:30pm - 8:00pm

We're looking for individuals with at least one year of healthcare-related experience for these positions:

  • Collections/Patient Account Associates
    Seeking professionals with a minimum 1-2 years of experience in hospital, medical or business collections. Must have thorough medical claims knowledge.
  • Customer Service Associate
    Requires a minimum of two years of customer service experience. A healthcare background working in medical billing, collections, insurance claims processing, coding, registration or working in a physician's office is required. Inbound to outbound call center experience preferred. Working knowledge of the IDX, Siemens Invision and Meditech Billing systems preferred.

Certified Medical Coders
Seeking professionals with a minimum 3 years of coding experience including RHIA, RHIT, CCS or CPC credentials.

Financial Care Counselors/Patient Service Representatives
Requires 2-5 years of experience working in hospital service access, clinic access, physician's office, call center, or billing and collections. Must be proficient in the use of computers, and have excellent communication skills, the ability to analyze data, perform multiple tasks, and work independently. Prefer a working knowledge of health insurance.

Supervisor, Patient Access Services
Supervise and coordinate a variety of functions within Patient Access Services relating to hospital admissions including, but not limited to, patient registration, insurance verification and pre-certification of insurance for Elective admissions and Urgent/Emergent Admissions.

Supervisor, Accounts Receivable
Work generally requires five years of progressive experience in an accounts receivable environment. A bachelor's degree in Accounting or directly related field may be substituted for the education requirement and 2 years experience.
