All faculty and staff are encouraged to review and update their home address through the Duke@Work self-service
web site to ensure they receive important information such as this fall's open enrollment for health, dental, vision and reimbursement account benefits.
Many people move during their employment and update departmental records but never update their home address in Duke's enterprise personnel system.
Reviewing and updating home addresses through the Duke@Work web site only takes a minute. Just look for the "Update Your Home Address" link under the My
Profile section of the site. Note: It is important to click the "review" button to save any updated address information. Faculty or staff who have updated an address
recently should review it to ensure that changes were saved to the system.
Faculty and staff can also choose to go green by electing to "opt out" of receiving paper direct deposit statements since an individual's pay statements are all
posted on the secure web site under the My Pay section. The site also allows faculty and staff to check their retirement balance, set up or change bank accounts
for direct deposit, and review benefit selections and retirement plan balances.
