Only tuition expenses are eligible for reimbursement. If the scholarship is not designated towards tuition and not greater than room, board, and fees then the

Children's Tuition Grant Program Application
The grant amount and the deductible for the Duke Children's Tuition Grant Program
for the 2008/2009 academic year are as follows:
Deductible: $1,975 per semester Maximum Grant Amount: $13,524.38 per semester
*Please note: Funds
received from the North Carolina Legislative Tuition Grant will be applied
towards this deductible.
To apply for the Duke Children's Tuition Grant Program download the application form below. Complete the
parent/employee section and forward it to the school which your child/children will attend. Once you receive
the completed form, please forward it to Duke Benefits at 705 Broad Street (Box 90502), Durham, NC 27705 (fax number 919-681-8774). Payments for the 2008/2009
academic year are processed after the start of our fiscal year, July 1, 2008.
