September 29, 2008 - Duke faculty and staff can receive free flu vaccine shots
at the Employee and Occupational Health & Wellness clinic starting October 6, 2008.
Patient care providers are strongly encouraged to get vaccinated to not only protect
themselves but also their patients from this highly contagious disease.
Vaccines are available at the EOHW clinic in the Red Zone, basement level of
the Duke Clinic building. Hours for the vaccine are Monday-Friday, 7:45 a.m. - 4:15 p.m. (except for Wednesday
from noon to 2 p.m.).
The flu vaccine is free to all Duke faculty and staff with a current Duke ID badge.
No appointment is necessary.

Directions: Turn on Crutchfield off Duke St or Roxboro Rd; turn into drive for Main Entrance/Emergency Rm; Take fist left then first right into the Radiation
