The holiday season can be a tough time of the year to maintain your waistline. Most Americans gain one to three pounds between Thanksgiving
and New Years. It is the cumulative effects over several years that contribute to substantial weight gain. So, if you are tempted by pumpkin pie,
turkey with stuffing, fudge and other holiday treats, we can help! Join the Maintain Don't Gain Holiday Challenge.
Maintain Don't Gain is an eight week, self-directed program designed to help individuals maintain their weight during the holiday season. You'll
receive weekly e-mails that provide tips and strategies for adopting or maintaining healthy behaviors; healthy recipes, stress management tools,
physical activity suggestions, and encouraging messages to keep you going. The program will run from November 16 - January 8.
