The holiday season can be a tough time of the year to maintain your waistline. Most Americans gain one to three pounds between Thanksgiving and New Years. It is the cumulative effects over several years that contribute to substantial weight gain. So, if you are tempted by pumpkin pie, turkey with stuffing, fudge and other holiday treats, we can help! Join the Maintain Don't Gain Holiday Challenge.

Maintain Don't Gain is an eight week, self-directed program designed to help individuals maintain their weight during the holiday season. You'll receive weekly e-mails that provide tips and strategies for adopting or maintaining healthy behaviors; healthy recipes, stress management tools, physical activity suggestions, and encouraging messages to keep you going. The program will run from November 16 - January 8.

Weigh In

Schedule a time of day each week to read the weekly Maintain Don't Gain e-mail and report your weight. The weigh-in site will only be active for the present week you are in, therefore it will not allow you to report weight for previous weeks. Weights must be reported by 10 p.m. on Sundays.

Incentives for Participating

Receive $100 LIVE FOR LIFE dollars by:

  • Completing a program evaluation
  • Maintaining your weight, plus or minus 2 pounds
