The recent Surgeon General's report talks about the benefits of regular exercise
and the harmful effects of inactive living. It has been found that regular
moderate exercise helps prevent heart disease, obesity, high cholesterol, high
blood pressure, adult-onset diabetes and premature death. LIVE FOR LIFE offers fitness activities and events and provides
one-on-one fitness consultations to help employees who are interested in starting an exercise program or enhance a current
workout program.
