REIMBURSEMENT ACCOUNTS

**IMPORTANT NOTE** Beginning in 2007, Duke Unique IDs will replace Social Security numbers (SSN) as your identifier with WageWorks, the program manager for Duke's reimbursement accounts. This change is part of an ongoing effort to enhance information security. Currently, WageWorks' web site and telephone system cannot be modified to ask for an identifier other than SSN. Therefore, if asked or prompted to provide the last 4 digits of your SSN, provide the last 4 digits of your Duke Unique ID. If you provide your SSN, your account will not be recognized. If you do not know or are unsure of your Duke Unique ID, you can look it up here.

For eligible expenses incurred in the 2006 plan year (January 1, 2006 - December 31,2006), contact:
